We adhere strictly to “off limits” restrictions

A so called “off limits” clause is included in all our contracts. This section regulates ethics regarding the recruitment of personnel from a present or former client. “Off limits” contracts have a time limit, most often of 12 months and we follow the restrictions laid out in the contract strictly.

We also follow the professional code of ethics of The Swedish Association of Executive Search Consultants.
